Free Legal Advice - commercial and personal  

Consumers know their rights and legal advice can be costly. The niceties of good business practice don't always seem apparent and relationships with customers, suppliers, competitors and employees will sometimes breakdown. Gardeners are often sole traders so we know that if you have a problem your business could suffer. We have also arranged for members to have access to free telephone legal advice for personal matters – so you needn't feel isolated or unsupported when problems arise.

Free Health and Safety Advice Line 

Consumers expect you to be Health and Safety aware and competent. Members can call a free Health and Safety advice line provided by a market leading H&S organisation to help you achieve Health and Safety legal compliance. Members also receive regular updates on changes to Health and Safety legislation.

Discounted Business Insurance 

To ensure that members have easy access to professional advice and the best prices, The Gardeners Guild has teamed up with a national insurance broker with over 40 years experience and 600,000 customers. Our partners will exclusively waive their administration fee for members of The Gardeners Guild - a minimum saving of £20 or 10% of the premium (whichever is greater) per policy/every year.  This includes all commercial insurance such as van insurance, public liability and employers liability insurance.

Free Financial Review Worth £250 

Members can have a free financial review with a qualified Independent Financial Advisor worth over £250.

Discounted Breakdown Cover 

The Vehicle Breakdown Recovery Club provides low cost, comprehensive breakdown cover and is only available to members of professional groups. There is also a 50% discount for 2 or more vehicles of the same kind i.e. two vans. (cover also available for non-commercial vehicles).

Trade Chat Forum  

Being self-employed means that you are often working alone.
